Applications and Features: 1. This machine is suitable for die-cutting various non-metallic materials using a die-cutting blade, such as sheet materials, blister packs, expandable polyethylene packaging, rubber, and the printing industry. 2. Computer-based typesetting system: It can automatically perform row-by-row die-cutting; allows setting the blade angle and position for each cut; enables adjustment of die-cutting speed and depth; can detect whether hardware connections are functioning properly and supports manual simulation of the entire machine’s operating status. 3. The main frame adopts a four-column guide, dual-crank balancing, and hydraulic drive structure to ensure high die-cutting speed and precision. All sliding joints are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system, minimizing wear. 4. Material feeding and discharge are both handled by conveyor belts, and die-cutting operations are also performed automatically on the conveyor belt. 5. Safety light curtains are installed at both the material feed and discharge areas of the die-cutting zone to ensure operator safety.
