Applications and Features 1. This machine is suitable for die-cutting various non-metallic materials using forming dies, such as sheet materials, roll materials, blister packs, pearl cotton packaging, rubber, printing and other industries. 2. Computer typesetting system: automatic die-setting and punching; allows setting the angle and position of each cut, as well as the cutting speed and depth; checks the status of hardware connections; and enables manual simulation of machine operation. 3. The main unit features a dual-cylinder, four-column guiding structure with dual crank balancing and hydraulic drive, ensuring high die-cutting speed and precision. All sliding joints are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system, which enhances the machine’s service life and accuracy. 4. Material feeding and discharging are both conveyed on the pusher plate, and die-cutting and punching are also automatically performed on the pusher plate. 5. Safety light curtains are installed at the material feed and discharge ports in the cutting area to ensure operator safety.
