Applications and Features 1. This machine is suitable for large-scale factories that use forming dies to perform continuous, high-volume punching operations on non-metallic materials such as carpets, leather, rubber, fabrics, and rolled materials. 2. Computer-aided layout system: automatically arranges die layouts and performs punching; allows setting the angle and position of each punch, as well as the cutting speed and depth; checks the status of hardware connections; and enables manual simulation of machine operation. 3. The main frame features four-column guiding, dual-crank balancing, and hydraulic control, ensuring high die-cutting speed and precision. All sliding joints are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system, minimizing wear. 4. Material input and output are both conveyed via conveyor belts, and die-cutting is also performed automatically on the conveyor belt. 5. A rotary indexing deviation correction device is employed to ensure precise positioning of the conveyor belt during operation. 6. Safety light curtains are installed at the material feed and discharge ports in the cutting area to guarantee operator safety. 7. Die clamping is achieved using either a pneumatic clamping mechanism or a rotating platen, allowing for quick and easy die changes.
