Applications And Features：
1. The Machine is suitable for punching and cutting various non-metallic materials with forming dies, including blanking and processing of sponge foam, EPE foam packaging, sheet materials, roll materials, rubber and so on.
2. The Machine adopts the most advanced computer typesetting system, is capable of free rotation to left and right and up and down, and achieves the high-speed seamless punching and cutting at any angle, thus saving the materials greatly.
3. The Machine saves energy and has such advantages as high punching and cutting pressure, high speed and high efficiency by virtue of specially designed oilway system and flywheel energy storage. The actual cutting can reach about 50-60 times per minute.
4.The main rack adopts the gantry frame structure and it is made of high-quality profile steel, which has such advantages as high strength and zero deformation. The lateral movement of the punch is equipped with domestic brand linear sliding rails, which is characterized by high positioning accuracy, sensitive movement, low wear, and strong load-bearing capacity.
5. The Machine adopts a push plate feeding mechanism, which has the function of automatic cyclic spreading. The materials are transported in and out through the push plate. The unique swinging device of push plate greatly improves the quality of finished products during the punching and cutting while reducing the loss of punching plate, thus making the entire punching plate more durable.
6.The whole machine is driven by the servo motor and ball screw. The feeding position is accurate, and the rotating punch has high positioning accuracy. This not only achieves the high accuracy of punching and cutting position, but also ensures the product quality.
7.A protective net is installed around the moving head of the Machine, and a safety light curtain is installed at the discharge port, which enhances the safety of the Machine and protects the personal safety, and meets the safety protection measures of European and American standards.
8.The machine with special specifications can be customized as needed.
