Applications and Features: 1. This machine is suitable for blanking and cutting various non-metallic materials using forming dies, including sponge foam, EPE foam packaging materials, sheets, rolls, rubber, and other materials for material preparation and processing. 2. The machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art computer-based layout system that allows free rotation in both horizontal and vertical directions, enabling high-speed, seamless blanking and cutting at any angle, thereby significantly reducing material waste. 3. Thanks to a specially designed hydraulic system and flywheel energy storage device, the machine offers energy efficiency, high blanking and cutting pressure, fast speed, and high productivity, with an actual cutting frequency of approximately 50–60 cycles per minute. 4. The main frame adopts a gantry structure made from high-quality structural steel, offering high strength and zero deformation. The punch’s lateral movement is guided by domestically produced linear guide rails, which provide high positioning accuracy, responsive operation, low wear, and strong load-bearing capacity. 5. The machine features a push-plate feeding mechanism with automatic cyclic material spreading. Materials are fed in and out via the push plate. The push plate’s unique oscillating mechanism significantly improves product quality during blanking and cutting while reducing die wear, thereby extending the service life of the entire die set. 6. The entire machine is driven by servo motors and ball screws, ensuring precise feeding position and high positioning accuracy for the rotary punch. This not only achieves high precision in blanking and cutting positions but also effectively guarantees product quality. 7. Protective guards are installed around the moving workhead, and safety light curtains are placed at the discharge outlet, further enhancing equipment safety, protecting operators’ personal safety, and complying with European and American safety standards. 8.
