Applications and Features:
1. This machine is suitable for die-cutting various non-metallic materials using die-cutting tools, such as sheet materials, blister packs, expandable polyethylene packaging, rubber, and the printing industry.
2. Equipped with an advanced computer numerical control (CNC) cutting system featuring a user-friendly interface that is easy to operate.
3. Computer-based typesetting system: enables automatic material feeding, die layout, and cutting; allows setting the angle and position of each tool on the pressure head, as well as the cutting speed and depth; includes hardware connection testing and manual simulation of the entire machine’s operating status.
4. A dedicated oil circuit system and high-pressure mechanism designed specifically for this machine, combined with flywheel energy storage technology to achieve energy savings, with a maximum cutting frequency of up to 50 cuts per minute.
5. The cutter is equipped with a die library (standard configuration includes 10 tools, expandable or reducible as needed), enabling automatic tool changes for different specifications, making tool swaps more convenient, reducing changeover time, and improving operational efficiency.
6. The machine uses rodless pneumatic cylinders to control the extension and retraction of the die-cutting tools, ensuring smooth, reliable, and high-speed operation.
7. The feed mechanism features an automatic cyclic spreading function, allowing it to cut extremely thin, flexible roll or sheet materials.
8. Driven by servo motors, the feed positioning is highly precise; additionally, servo motors are paired with ball screw drives to ensure accurate positioning of the cutting head; servo motor-driven rotary cutting heads further enhance cutting accuracy; moreover, the positions of the die-cutting tools in the die library are also controlled by servo motors, delivering high efficiency and precise positioning.
9. The main frame adopts a gantry structure made of structural steel, offering high strength and resistance to deformation; all sliding joints are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system, effectively extending equipment service life and maintaining machining accuracy.
10. A safety light curtain is installed at the discharge outlet to further enhance equipment safety.
